Chad Sanders

Chad Sanders is a versatile creator based in New York City, known for his work as a screenwriter, author, and entrepreneur. Initially starting his career at Google, Sanders shifted from tech to the creative industry after feeling racially marginalized in corporate environments. His screenwriting credits include ABC Freeform's "Grown-ish" and HBO Max’s "Rap Sh!t". Sanders' collaboration extends to notable figures like Spike Lee, Morgan Freeman, and Will Packer, contributing to projects like Universal’s "One and Done" and Peacock’s "How To Survive Inglewood".

Sanders authored "Black Magic: What Black Leaders Learned from Trauma and Triumph", reflecting his insights into the intersections of race and leadership. His journalistic contributions have been featured in The New York Times, SLAM Magazine, TIME, Teen Vogue, and Fortune.
