Chang Yu Biography
Chang Yu is the Director of Media and Communications of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Yu graduated from Tsinghua University with a PhD in Law. He was also the Chairman of Beijing Youth Federation.
The Beijing Organising Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games is a public institution with legal person status, responsible for the organisation and coordination of all the preparations and delivery of the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. It is built on the former steel plant of Shougang Corporation in Shijingshan District, Beijing. The executive board of the Beijing 2022 is its sole executive agency.
