Charles S. Jacobs is the founder and managing partner of 180 Partners, and the author of "Management Rewired: Why Feedback Doesn’t Work" and "Other Surprising Lessons from the Latest Brain Science." For over two decades, he has helped the leadership of the most renowned corporations in the world improve the performance of their businesses. His clients make up fifty of the Fortune 100.
