Charlotte Kemp

Charlotte Kemp, recognized as the Futures Alchemist, is a futurist keynote speaker forging collaborative relationships with organizations to shape preferred futures. Her current roles include serving as the President of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa and the Vice President of the Global Speakers Federation. Kemp is also a professional member of the Association of Professional Futurists.

Kemp's literary contributions include being the author of several books, one of which is "Futures Alchemist." This book introduces her unique Map, Compass, and Guide model for navigating uncharted futures. In 2024, she published "From Future Shock to PolyCrisis: Moving from Coping to Thriving in an Accelerating World," which is her introduction to future thinking.

Beyond her written work, Kemp formerly hosted a podcast series called "Futures Facets," on which she interviewed individuals from around the globe. This initiative helped Kemp gather diverse insights into how people perceive the future from unique perspectives.

In addition to these roles, Kemp is an Association Futurist and holds positions on various association boards and steering committees. Based in Cape Town, South Africa, she frequently travels to share her expertise and insights on international platforms.
