Chelsea Myers is a nationally recognized expert in leadership development, organizational culture, and creating environments of trust. As a former partner in dental practices and businesses, Myers experienced first-hand the importance of high level, ongoing support for executives, leaders, and doctors to cultivate cultures that scale and produce repeatable results.

Myers developed processes and curricula to support the personal and professional development of high performers. As the founder and CEO of Dental Life Coach Myers oversees the growth of her own organization, speaks and presents nationwide, and hosts the popular Dental Brain Crops Podcast. Myers now works with clients and businesses in many industries, utilizing her experience in the dental industry to create relatable and transferrable experiences for audiences and participants.

Myers began her career at Wells Fargo Bank where she recognized her passion for facilitating the growth of high-performers. She began coaching additional individuals in the evenings, including some dentists. Falling in love with the dental community, Myers partnered in dental practices and businesses. She continued coaching and spent the next few years learning, designing, and refining her coaching tools to best serve entrepreneurial dentists. Myers’s programs proved themselves highly valuable and successful, pushing her focus entirely toward the growth of Dental Life Coach.
