Chris Field

Chris Field launched the Mercy Project in 2010 to combat child trafficking in Ghana’s fishing industry. He traveled to Ghana for the first time in August 2009 and has since been on a mission to bring new life to children in slavery as well as empower those around him to make the world a better place. To date, Mercy Project has rescued, rehabilitated, and reintegrated more than one hundred children back into their families.

As the Chief Growth Officer at Holistiplan, a tax planning software solution, Field leads the vision and strategy for scaling the efficiency and effectiveness of the #1 tax planning solution for financial advisors and has led the company to a 9-figure valuation. With over 13 years of experience in non-profit management and innovation, he brings a passion for creating a positive impact and empowering others to achieve their goals.

Field is also a self-described disruptor, keynote speaker, and author of two books: "Disrupting for Good" and "A Billion Hours of Good." In these books, he shares powerful stories of ordinary people who are making a difference in the world by asking better questions and taking more meaningful action.

Field has broken multiple Guinness world records, run dozens of marathons, organized enormous fundraisers, created viral internet campaigns, taught himself to auctioneer, and brought down walls. He has inspired hundreds of audiences with his timely message on the power of disrupting for good. From young leaders to c-suite executives and nearly every age and industry in between, Chris’ motivational message about passion and persistence creating lasting change is relevant for any organization or group that wants to challenge complacency, talk less and do more, and live and work with more intention.

Field began school at Texas A&M and graduated from Abilene Christian University with a degree in Christian Ministry in 2006. He completed his Master's in Christian Ministry in the spring of 2013.
