Chris Mack Biography
Chris Mack has done great things with the Xavier program since taking over for former head coach Sean Miller. Mack has piloted the Musketeers to five NCAA Tournaments and has advanced at least as far as the Sweet Sixteen three times. Prior to their entry into the Big East, Mack won the Atlantic-10 regular season title twice and was named that conference’s Coach of the Year in 2011. He has spent the majority of his coaching career at his alma mater and first joined the staff as the Director of Basketball Operations in 1999. Mack also was an assistant for four years at Wake Forest and had several high school coaching jobs following his collegiate playing career. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, but went to St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati.
