Chris Young

Chris Young, an American country music singer and songwriter, came to prominence after winning the fourth season of the reality singing competition, "Nashville Star." Following his victory, Young signed with RCA Records Nashville and went on to release his eponymous debut album in 2006. His subsequent releases, including "The Man I Want to Be," "Neon," "I'm Comin' Over," and "Famous Friends," delivered a series of number-one singles and further established his reputation within the country music scene.

Young's extensive touring schedule and commitment to perform over 150 shows per year, even while attending college, speaks volumes about his dedication to his craft. His role as an Ambassador for the CMA Songwriter's Series allowed him to shed light on the intricacies of country music overseas. The year 2017 marked a significant milestone in Young's career when he was officially inducted into the Grand Ole Opry by fellow country artist Brad Paisley.
