Christian is an Entrepreneur and Adviser that helps companies simplify challenges, build productive teams and grow seamlessly; he shepherd a small team that helps companies grow seamlessly, through analysis of the current challenges (in-depth research of current problems), collaboratively working with current teams in creating a strategy roadmap for business growth + then sharing the roadmap to help companies thrive + implementing plans.

Reuben is Lead Partner at BlueSense, a business intelligence management consulting company. We have deep functional, organizational and industry expertise as well as the breadth of a robust network. We are passionate about taking on immense challenges that matter to our clients and, often, to our continent and the world. Reuben is a trusted advisor to some of the Nigeria’s leading startups, technology companies and institutions; working with leading organizations across the private, public and social sectors with a unique expertise.

As an independent thinker who is naturally inquisitive, Reuben is not timid about challenging old ideas. Garnering 15+ years of leadership expertise, he is very passionate about building businesses through a concrete advisory approach that is appreciable in these tough economic climate. Harnessing ideas with his team, he has helped bring firms from wrangling revenues to steady growth.   Reuben has also given a TEDx talk on the need for 'Ego-free' Leadership in Nigeria + an LBS research presentation on Servant Leadership. Reuben has worked on projects with the EU Commission, University of Leeds, Medicines Sans Frontiers, Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Touch and Pay Technologies, Lagos Business School to mention but a few. Reuben loves: playing his cello, yoga, cycling, long walks, photography and cooking.
