Christine Hassler

Christine Hassler is a best-selling author, keynote speaker, master coach, podcast and TV host who is committed to guiding people and organizations into their highest potential. She began her career with a discussion group for quarter-lifers in Los Angeles, and at the age of 25, she left a successful job as a Hollywood agent to pursue a life she could be passionate about—but it did not come easily.

In 2005, she wrote her first book "20 Something 20 Everything," followed by "The 20 Something Manifesto" and the best-selling "Expectation Hangover: Overcoming Disappointment in Work, Love, and Life". This latter book serves as a guidebook for addressing disappointment on emotional, mental, behavioral, and spiritual levels. Also an accomplished faculty member at the University of Santa Monica, Hassler teaches programs in Spiritual Psychology. She is passionate about supporting people out of suffering and limitation and into fulfillment, while catalyzing radical self-reflection along with practical direction.

Today, Hassler leads seminars and workshops to audiences nationwide, having spoken to over 100,000 people at colleges, personal growth events, conferences, and corporations. She continues to host the top-rated podcast "Over it and On with it" on the Podcast One Network, where she coaches callers live. Her work and insights have earned her appearances as an expert on shows like The Today Show, CNN, ABC, CBS, FOX, E!, and PBS, covering topics such as intergenerational issues, resilience, and leadership. Additionally, she is a spokesperson for American Express, focusing on women’s and millennial advocacy programs, and serves on the Millennial Advisory board for Cosmopolitan Magazine. Hassler dedicates herself to busting the myth that life is about living by a checklist and having it all figured out.
