Chuba Hubbard Biography
Chuba Robert-Shamar Hubbard is a Canadian professional American football running back for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Oklahoma State. In 2019, he led all FBS with 2094 rushing yards and 21 touchdowns.
Hubbard was selected by the Carolina Panthers in the fourth round (126th overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft. He was also picked by the Calgary Stampeders in the fifth round (43rd overall) of the 2021 CFL Draft. On May 6, 2021, Hubbard signed with the Panthers, a deal worth $4.2 million over four years.
Hubbard founded the Your Life, Your Choice Foundation, which aims to lift children out of negative environments by teaching life and leadership skills. Hubbard is also a supporter of the Jackie Robinson Foundation.
