Claire Bridges is the founder of one of the UK's leading creative training consultancies, Now Go Create, and a champion for creative democracy. An ex WPP agency managing director and creative director with over 20 years' experience, Claire is one of only 55 people globally to hold an MSc in creativity, innovation and leadership from Cass Business School in London. Her research and academic studies informed her recently published book 'In Your Creative Element' which explores 62 creative elements that inform what it takes to be creative in business, featuring interviews with creative leaders from diverse organisations including the NHS, the UN, DDB, Twitter, Punchdrunk, Sky Media and Paddy Power.

Now Go Create helps individuals, teams and leaders up the creative ante in their business. We run training that covers the spectrum of skills for creativity - from the blank page to the pitch. How to devise strategy, creativity and brainstorm training & pitch skills as well as creative leadership and storytelling.

As an ex-consumer MD and Creative Director in a WPP business, I understand creative leadership and the need to for creative ideas that deliver commercially. I am the only UK PR professional to hold an MSc in Innovation, Creativity & Leadership from City University London, and one of only 55 in the world. Claire is an award-winning consumer PR & brand reputation expert with 17 years experience in London PR agencies including at Director level at Cake, H+K Strategies and Cohn & Wolfe. My experience includes developing strategy & campaigns for brands including Starbucks, Heinz, Evian, Volvic, Unilever, P&G, Kellogg's & Gillette. I've pitched over 200 times winning business from global clients.
