Claudia Christian

Claudia Ann Christian is an American actress and singer, best known for her role as Commander Susan Ivanova on the science fiction television series "Babylon 5". She has also lent her voice to numerous characters in popular video games, including "Skyrim", "Fallout 4", "Guild Wars", "World of Warcraft", and "Halo". Beyond her acting career, Christian is a prominent advocate for addiction recovery, particularly through the Sinclair Method—a treatment for alcohol use disorder—which she personally credits for saving her life in 2009.

Christian's efforts to raise awareness about the Sinclair Method extend beyond her personal testimony. She has authored two autobiographical books, "My Life with Freaks and Geeks" (2010) and "Babylon Confidential" (2012), where she discusses her experiences with addiction and recovery. Additionally, she penned a sci-fi military novel titled "Wolf’s Empire" (2016). In her role as a spokesperson, she produced and released the award-winning documentary "One Little Pill" which details the science and impact of the Sinclair Method. Her work is supported by the C Three Foundation, which she founded to broaden the reach of this treatment.

Christian's advocacy has also brought her to speak at prestigious institutions like UCLA and USC, and her TEDx talk has attracted over 2.2 million views on YouTube. She continues to act in both TV and film, featuring in notable projects such as the Disney film "Atlantis: The Lost Empire." Currently, she is furthering her commitment to help others by studying to become a substance abuse counselor in both the US and the UK.
