Colman Andrews is an American writer and editor renowned in the spheres of food and wine who embarked on his culinary journey in 1994 by co-founding Saveur magazine and later serving as its editor-in-chief from 2001 until 2006. Subsequently, he embraced the role of a restaurant columnist for Gourmet after his tenure at Saveur. His passion for the culinary arts took a digital turn in 2010 when he helped launch a food and drink website, The Daily Meal, and functioned as its editorial director until mid-2018.
