Corey Lee

Corey Lee is the James Beard Award-winning chef and owner of "Benu," a Michelin-starred restaurant acclaimed for its exceptional cuisine and service. Under his leadership, "Benu" has earned three Michelin stars, four stars from the San Francisco Chronicle, and the AAA Five Diamond Award, distinguishing it as a pinnacle of fine dining excellence. Lee's commitment to a unique dining experience was evident as he spent over a year collaborating with purveyors, designers, gardeners, architects, and manufacturers to meticulously craft each aspect of "Benu."

Lee's career spans over 15 years at some of the most prestigious restaurants globally, including seven 3-star Michelin restaurants in England, France, and the U.S. Before opening "Benu," he served as the chef de cuisine at "The French Laundry," Thomas Keller’s renowned restaurant in Yountville, California. During his tenure, "The French Laundry" was named ‘Best Restaurant in North America’ by Restaurant Magazine and received top ratings from Michelin, Mobil Guide, and San Francisco Chronicle. In 2010, Lee was appointed a goodwill ambassador for Seoul, Korea, acknowledging his influence and leadership in the culinary field.
