Cris Collinsworth

Cris Collinsworth is the co-host of NBC's "Sunday Night Football." He works alongside Mike Tirico, marking his 14th season with the program. Collinsworth has called five Super Bowls, including the most-watched TV show in five years during February 2022.

In his broadcasting career, Collinsworth has earned 17 Sports Emmy Awards, including his first in 1997 for his work on the NFL on NBC studio show. Notably, he won the "Outstanding Studio Analyst" award in April 1998 and 1999, and again in 2003 as "Outstanding Sports Personality/Studio Analyst" for his work on HBO's "Inside the NFL." His insightful and straightforward analysis has garnered him critical acclaim and placed him alongside John Madden as the only NFL analysts to be named Outstanding Sports Event Analyst since the award's inception in 1993.

Besides his NFL coverage, Collinsworth has participated in four Olympics with NBC, serving in various roles including that of a correspondent and commentator. As a former NFL player, he was a premier wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals, holding the record as the franchise leader in career receptions. He played in 107 games, catching 417 passes for 6,698 yards and 36 touchdowns, and participated in two Super Bowls. After retiring from football in 1988, he began his broadcasting career, which included stints on "Inside the NFL" and game analyst roles for NBC Sports and Fox's NFC coverage. Collinsworth completed his law degree at the University of Cincinnati Law School in 1991.

Outside of broadcasting, Collinsworth is the majority owner of Pro Football Focus, an analytical company that provides performance grading for NFL and college players. He also actively participates in the Cris Collinsworth ProScan Fund, a non-profit organization focused on women’s health and child development. Collinsworth and his wife, Holly, have four adult children and two grandchildren.
