Over his 20-year-long career as a Navy SEAL, Curt Cronin deployed 13 times and spent more than four years overseas. During this period, where milliseconds often determined the outcomes between life and death, as well as success and failure, he evolved into a catalyst for transformation and ascended to lead the nation's premier SEAL assault force. As a SEAL leader, he not only maximized his team’s effectiveness by forging unique alliances but also transformed an offensive unit of Navy SEALs into a defensive Presidential protection unit amidst combat. He innovatively created the model for multi-disciplinary counter-terrorism operations, integrating a diverse array of organizations as part of an Embassy team in the Middle East. Curt's experiences underscored his belief in the power of aligned teams as the ultimate competitive edge in the information age.

Curt Cronin is not only a seasoned combat leader but also an accomplished entrepreneur and strategic advisor. Currently, he is the CEO of Aiki Partners, where he leverages his extensive military, academic, and business insights to foster cultures of execution and innovation in various organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and niche startups. Previously, he served as a managing partner at the McChrystal Group and co-founded Mastery Technologies, Inc., a global talent solutions firm. His entrepreneurial ventures also include co-founding the Broadway Strategic Return Fund, a data-driven fund focusing on the performing arts industry.

Curt Cronin’s academic achievements include earning an MBA from prestigious institutions such as the London School of Economics, New York University’s Stern School of Business, and the HEC School of Management in Paris. He graduated fifth in his class from the United States Naval Academy and has been recognized for his military service with two Bronze Star medals for combat valor and three Distinguished Meritorious Service Medals.
