Dr. D.J. Verret is a facial plastic surgeon in the north Dallas suburb of Plano, Texas. Working in the aesthetics industry, he has gained an appreciation for the importance of image in life. His trademarked series, the Power of YOUth, helps his audience to gain a new appreciation for what it means to feel and look younger. By mixing humor, scientific evidence, and personal experience, Dr. Verret educates and motivates his audiences to have a new perspective on what it means to act your age.
Dr. Verret received his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering with honors from Tulane University, went on to receive his medical degree with honors from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and received training in both otolarygology and facial plastic surgery. He is currently certified by both the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery. He has authored several consumer focussed books, written numerous peer reviewed scientific journal authors, hosts a weekly internet radio talk show, and maintains a busy medical practice. He is a much sought after motivational speaker and lecturer.
