Dale Harris has carved out a niche for himself in the world of coffee over the course of 14 years. He has honed his skills in not just brewing the perfect cup, but also in managing business operations associated with commercial equipment and coffee operations. As testament to his craft, Harris has the honor of being a World Barista Champion under his belt. His passion for coffee has taken him across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, where he has been able to learn, train, and share his expertise.

For a decade, Harris has been instrumental in steering Hasbean, a globally renowned specialty coffee roaster, wholesaler, and online retailer. Currently, he is engaged in product and business development for Hasbean and Ozone Coffee, focusing his efforts on customer-centric solutions for sharing specialty coffee. His leadership roles extend beyond business operations, as evidenced by his stint as the Chair of Barista Guild Europe and as a Director of the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe.

His expertise encompasses sensory and competitions, and he has been actively involved in educating others in the field. Harris is currently preparing to teach courses on flavor chemistry in coffee. Alongside his management roles, he has hands-on technical expertise with coffee grinders and espresso machines, and his professional repertoire includes positions such as General Manager and Director of Wholesale at Hasbean.
