Dalia Feldheim

Dalia Feldheim is the founder of Flow Leadership Consultancy and has been a prominent figure in the advertising world for over two decades as a C-suite global marketing executive at Procter & Gamble. She played a pivotal role in leading teams that won a total of 14 Cannes advertising awards. Feldheim is particularly renowned for her work on the 'Always Like a Girl' campaign, which Forbes recognized as the most influential campaign of the decade. Originally from Israel, she began her career as a platoon commander in the Israeli Defense Forces, which honed her leadership skills, preparing her for her subsequent corporate roles.

After 21 years in the corporate world, Feldheim embarked on a new path aligned with her background in psychology. She holds an Executive Masters degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, specializing in Organizational Psychology, and a Happiness Facilitator diploma from the Happiness Studies Academy in partnership with Miami University. Today, Feldheim focuses on promoting heart-felt leadership centered around Purpose, Perseverance, People-first, and Positivity. She has developed and leads leadership development programs for major tech companies, integrating principles of positive psychology and her expertise as an ICF accredited coach and a qualified psychodynamic group therapist.

Feldheim is the author of 'Dare to Lead Like a Girl', a book that discusses feminine leadership and encourages incorporating feminine traits into leadership roles. The book, which includes a foreword by Sheryl Sandberg and was published in June 2022, supports the Lead Like a Girl program for underprivileged women globally. Besides her writing, Feldheim is an adjunct professor at the Singapore Management University, where she teaches 'The Science of Happiness and Resilience'. She also co-founded the online game startup "Uppiness - Up your game at work", an innovative platform designed to enhance workplace happiness and productivity. Additionally, she practices yoga and meditation, incorporating these disciplines into her corporate programs to enhance organizational well-being.
