Dan Cullen-Shute is the Worldwide CEO and Founder of Creature London, an independent advertising agency dedicated to making a positive impact through creative excellence. Born and raised in the United Kingdom, his journey began with a passion for creativity and a keen eye for business opportunities.

After completing his education, Cullen-Shute dove into the world of advertising and marketing, quickly making a name for himself with his fresh perspectives and bold strategies. He gained valuable experience working with leading agencies such as Ogilvy, DLKW and glue Isobar, honing his skills in brand development and campaign management. He founded Creature in 2011, and has led the business ever since.

Under his leadership, Creature has garnered widespread acclaim for its groundbreaking campaigns that combine innovative storytelling with a strong social conscience. The agency's work has resonated with audiences globally, earning numerous awards and accolades along the way.

Beyond his success in the business world, Cullen-Shute is recognized for his commitment to social responsibility and sustainability, championing causes ranging from environmental conservation to social justice. He is a member of the Forbes Agency Council, sits on the IPA Council and Membership Committee, and in 2014, founded Le Cure, a cancer charity that has raised nearly £2 million for the Royal Marsden Hospital.
