Born in 1981 Daniel Boland was born in Dublin Ireland but raised in the south of spain, a part of the world rich with a wide diversity of different cultures and ideas with a mix of Jewish, Scottish, Irish and Russian heritage Daniel´s story is never boring. Growing up in the famous town of Marbella in the South of Spain a place that grew from a small fishing village to the Los Angeles of Europe Daniel experienced the growth of a city and was deeply involved in its construction via the world of realestate as a sales person then a sales director and finally a new developments director for one of the largest realestate companies on earth with over 800 offices world wide.

In 1998 Daniel embarked on his career as a real estate broker in a telesales department eventually moving to field sales and very quickly becoming the top sales agent, and eventually the sales director in his first year at the age of 21 with no previous background in sales, but as quick as success came the market died and the great recession of the 2000´s kicked him to the floor. By the age of 30 he was divorced, living on his parents sofa and now a single father of two after removing both his children from his alcoholic suicidal ex wife who could no longer cope, that was it…. he had given up.

But something sparked in side of him that old flame that he used to know so well, something cause him to state, NO MORE… not today. I am not a loser, I am going to get up brush myself off and fight, fight to the death if I have to but I will no longer put my kids or myself through this pain. With this new energy Daniel Marched into the largest real estate company in Spain and demanded a job and walked out with a job that very afternoon.

Daniel came into work 2 hours before everyone else and left only when he was kicked out at night as the directors wanted to leave, working weekends, holidays and proclaiming in no uncertain terms that “IN ONE YEAR I WILL BE THE SALES DIRECTOR OF THIS COMPANY”

One year, countless tears, countless hours and weekends later DANIEL ROSS BOLAND took the title of Sales director and never looked back.
