Daniel Bruhl

Daniel Brühl is a German actor, director and producer, known for "Rush," "Inglourious Basterds," "Becoming Karl Lagerfeld," and "The Franchise."

Brühl initially gained recognition for his performances in "Das Weisse Rauschen" (2001), "Nichts Bereuen" (2001), and "Vaya con Dios" (2002). His remarkable performance in "Good Bye, Lenin!" (2003) not only earned him a German Film Award for Best Actor, but also a European Film Award. Moreover, Brühl's acting prowess led him to Quentin Tarantino's "Inglourious Basterds" (2009), where he portrayed the character of Fredrick Zoller. Additionally, his depiction of former Formula 1 driver Niki Lauda in "Rush" (2013) garnered him multiple award nominations, including a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor.

Brühl appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe where he portrayed Helmut Zemo in "Captain America: Civil War" (2016) and reprised the role in the Disney+ series "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" (2021).
