Darren Sugg is the Creative Director and chief designer at Epic Games, a video game developer based in Cary, North Carolina.
He is best known for designing the popular video game Fortnite, a role-playing shooter game that hosts 40 million players worldwide.
Previously he was a member of the design team for The Lord Of The Rings Online: Shadows Of Angmar and The Lord Of The Rings Online: Mines Of Moria, the sequel to Shadows Of Angmar.
Prior to working at Epic Games, Sugg was a game systems developer for the company Turbine and senior game designer for The Amazing Society.
Sugg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and multimedia, from Marist University.
