Dave Dillon Biography
Dave Dillon is chairman of the board of directors for The Kroger Co., a position he has held since 2004. He was CEO from 2003 to 2013, president and COO from 1995 to 2003, and executive vice president from 1990 to 1995. Dillon was formerly president of Dillon Companies, which is owned by Kroger. He served in a variety of leadership roles with the company’s King Soopers division and with Fry’s Food Stores. Dillon serves on several boards, including those of DIRECTV, University of Cincinnati Foundation, Urban League of Greater Cincinnati, University of Kansas Endowment, and Catalyst.
