David Hart

David Hart is a motivational business speaker, former US Army Ranger, and professional skydiver, born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland. Hart developed a strong foundation in leadership and teamwork from his military experiences, which he now applies to his work in corporate environments. He holds a degree in finance and has held positions at various organizational levels, from entry-level roles to CEO.

In addition to his business expertise, Hart is an author, known for his book "JUMP: Leaps In Organizational Performance and Teamwork - A Skydiver's Perspective", where he uses skydiving as a metaphor to discuss overcoming fear, embracing uncertainty, and stepping outside comfort zones. He has facilitated over 1000 people through their first skydiving jump, including tandem parachuting with wounded veterans, and has competed in the US Nationals of Skydiving.

Hart is also a founding member of Team Fastrax, a highly active commercial skydiving team, and has performed at high-profile venues including NASCAR events, Major League Baseball games, Air Shows, and Marathon Races. His speaking topics cover a broad range including Leadership, Innovation, Team Building, and Risk Management. Hart continues to engage in youth coaching, drawing parallels between motivating kids and building team dynamics in professional settings.
