David Hoffman

David Hoffman is a national public speaker, traveling widely across the United States and Canada to address audiences at various venues including sales conferences, concerts, churches, corporate retreats, and music festivals. He shares insights on reaching one's true potential through the relationships and gifts in one's life. Hoffman has also become a regular panelist at national real estate, mortgage, and other business conferences, often appearing on local and national television and in print media, such as ABC's "Nightline," "Primetime" with Diane Sawyer, Fox News, and the "Wall Street Journal."

An Inc. 5000 company, David Hoffman Realty, Inc. is consistently ranked in the top 50 real estate agents and groups as per the "Wall Street Journal/Real Trends Top 1,000" list out of over 2 million real estate agents in the United States and Canada. In spring 2019, Hoffman partnered with Casey Crawford and Toby Harris of Movement Mortgage to create Covenant First Mortgage, a boutique mortgage company focused on service and relationships.

Hoffman has been recognized both locally and nationally as a top realtor, business owner, and economist. He coaches top business leaders on both personal and professional aspects, emphasizing balance and health in all areas of life. Hoffman has also founded several ventures including Beyond Title, alongside his real estate and mortgage endeavors. His commitment to service is evident as he has helped raise significant funds and contributed countless hours in his community and globally. He serves on several boards at Moments of Hope Church and the Steve Smith Family Foundation.

Hoffman and his wife, Jessica, now reside in Charlotte, North Carolina, with their children Kane, Knox, and their newest addition, Isabella. He continues to inspire many through his keynote programs such as "Relationships over Rules," which focuses on building authentic relationships for success, and "The Same Everywhere," discussing authenticity in all spheres of life. His upcoming book, "Relationships over Rules," will be released by BroadStreet Publishing on August 1, with a related 7-day plan on the Bible app YouVersion following in mid-August.
