David Ulrich

Dave Ulrich is the Rensis Likert Professor of Business at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and a co-founder of The RBL Group, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations and leaders enhance value. He has authored over 30 books and numerous articles on topics in HR and leadership, and is currently on the Board of Directors for Herman Miller, is a Fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources, and is on the Board of Trustees of Southern Virginia University.
