Debbie Dyson

Debbie Dyson is the CEO of OneTen, an organization focused on placing one million Black individuals without four-year degrees into family-sustaining careers over a period of ten years. Dyson previously held the COO role. With over 30 years of experience in human capital management, Dyson is focused on scaling the operational infrastructures within OneTen with additional oversite over the strategic, marketing, financial and technology plans.

Formerly, Dyson was an executive senior leader reporting to the CEO as President of ADP’s National Account Services, driving large-scale human capital management strategy and transformation to create exceptional outcomes for ADP’s U.S.-based enterprise clients spanning across the globe. Under her leadership, this multi-billion-dollar organization evolved to implement and service-rich technology solutions wrapped around quality and excellence. By incorporating innovation with a discipline of business process optimization, the organization flourished with year-over-year revenue, retention and operating expense improvements that effectively aligned with the strategic outlook of the future of work for enterprise clients.

Dyson has deep experience in an array of senior executive leadership roles ranging from client quality delivery to business process operations to general management. A recognized authority on leadership and building an equitable workforce, she has been featured in The New York Times, Fortune, Essence, Fast Company and Fair360 (formerly DiversityInc.). She has graced the cover of Black Enterprise magazine’s Women of Power edition, has earned consecutive recognitions as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business and has been honored as one of the 300 Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America. Dyson actively shares her voice at events hosted by the Milken Institute, Blackstone, Fortune CEO Initiative and CHIEF, among others.

Dyson holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Santa Clara University.
