Debbie Peterson is a certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) at the Master Practitioner level through the Association of Integrative Psychology, as well as student (Haumana) of Huna, a form of ancient Hawaiian spiritualism applied in modern times.

In the last ten years, Peterson has presented to thousands of employees, leaders, and clients at various sized companies and organizations. In tandem with her formal professional training, Peterson adeptly draws upon and shares her extensive experience of 25+ years in the corporate world. She shares anecdotes and examples of her various team and leadership roles in Administration, Customer Service, and Investor Relations.

Peterson is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and received her Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation which represents the pinnacle of professional certifications given by the National Speakers Association (NSA). The CSP is globally acknowledged as the definitive standard for speaking excellence. It has been earned by less than 17% of speakers globally and signifies Peterson’s record of consistent success with her clients.

Peterson is a published author, with her book, "Clarity: How Smart Professionals Create Career Success on Their Terms" available on Amazon. Her expertise in the field of the mindset of leadership is further highlighted by her Getting to Clarity Podcast, where she shares tips, tools, and techniques for busy leaders to create more success professionally, with less sacrifice personally.

She serves as Chair on the board of ATHENA International, a global organization committed to supporting, developing and honoring women leaders from the classroom to the boardroom.
