Des Linden grew up in San Diego, graduated from Arizona State University, and has been a professional runner since 2006. She is the 2018 Boston Marathon champion, a two-time Olympian, and set a 50k world record in 2021.
Linden is the author of "Choosing to Run," an inspirational memoir sharing both her personal story and what motivates her to get up and run every day.
A bourbon and coffee aficionado, she and her husband Ryan live in Michigan with their dogs, Atlas and Boston.
