Donny is an author, motivational trainer, conference speaker and president of Ingram Management Group. Donny is a talented top producer and winning sales manager. He is known as the PRIDE strategist with a message that ignites his listeners to take Personal Responsibility In Developing Excellence in every area of life. He is responsible for the development of "Recognizing Your Potential" a corporate training program that focuses on human design, communication and attitude.

For the last 28 years Donny has trained and coached corporate personnel in the area of sales, sales management, customer service and personal development. He is a certified continuing education trainer for the Alabama State Board of HV/AC contractors. He also serves as a contract trainer for several educational institutions.

Donny's success in leadership with major organizations, his experience as a small business owner, his skill in recruiting, developing and managing people make him the perfect speaker for many audiences.

Donny has been married to wife Charlotte for over 42 years and they have raised three successful sons. Together they founded "Success in the Home" a marriage and family relationship training series.
