Dov Seidman

Over 25 years ago, Dov Seidman founded LRN, a technology and education company that provides ethics and compliance software and content to organizations worldwide. As the CEO and founder, Seidman has grown LRN to influence over 35 million corporate employees globally, emphasizing that the most principled businesses are the most profitable and sustainable. LRN also advises companies on shaping values-based leadership, cultures, and governance as sources of competitive advantage. In 2010, LRN was invited by the World Economic Forum to join their Forum Member community, which represents outstanding global organizations chosen for their innovative business models, market influence, industry disruption, corporate citizenship, and visionary leadership.

Dov Seidman is the author of the New York Times bestseller "HOW: Why HOW We Do Anything Means Everything," which offers a philosophical framework for individual and organizational behavior in a reshaped and interconnected world. The book, with a foreword from President Bill Clinton, has been published in multiple countries including the U.S., U.K., Germany, China, and Brazil, and was recognized in Thomas L. Friedman’s books "The World is Flat" and "Hot, Flat and Crowded." Seidman’s insights into leadership, trust, and the human operating system have been featured in major media outlets such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Fortune Magazine.

Today, the "HOW" philosophy influences how businesses, governments, and various institutions operate globally. Dov holds master’s degrees in moral philosophy from UCLA and Oxford, as well as a law degree from Harvard. His work before the U.S. Sentencing Commission helped shape today's standards for corporate ethics.
