Dr. Davis McAlister

Dr. Davis McAlister has led a successful career as a leader of soldiers, athletes, and business professionals. Over his career, he has proven his leadership skills by implementing team success, change management, and a spirit of excellence in both business and sports.

He served a successful career in the US Army for 8 years prior to earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University. He was awarded a Master of Educational Leadership from Sul Ross State University, and a Bachelor of Anatomy, Doctor of Chiropractic, and Master of Strength & Performance from Parker University.

As an author, Dr. McAlister offers his perspective for some of the most difficult questions and situations that he encountered and provides a foundation to be a leader in business and at home! He draws on his experiences as a veteran, coach, high school/college teacher, and business owner to give his readers a clear, common sense approach to managing your life, your business, and your home.

Dr. McAlister's biggest priority is his family. He lives north of Dallas, Texas with his wife, Teresa, and the youngest of his five children as she finishes up high school! He is also an award-winning high school powerlifting and strength and conditioning coach as well as the sideline doctor for a variety of sporting events. He spends most of his free time being a part of his daughter's activities such as powerlifting and raising livestock for FFA.
