Dr. Lilly Tam has worked with Fortune 500 companies to help teams and leaders work on change, resilience, and mindset. She is often asked to help up-level high-potential employees, managers, and leaders overcome self-limiting beliefs and turn “maybe” into reality. Her extensive academic and professional industry experience demonstrate a unique and competitive-edge skillset that transforms audiences into higher performers.
She is the founder of The SISPEP Method which aims to help participants reset and recalibrate all six dimensions of their wellness. She lightheartedly considers herself a “mindset mechanic” because she enjoys working with clients to shift their mindset and make improvements in their lives, similar to fine-tuning a car. Tam’s research in employee engagement and mindfulness has shown positive results in work-life integration, conflict resolution, and confidence building.
Her keynote and workshop, “Bombard yourself with your truth,” focuses on finding and healing the untruths reinforced by our inner critic. Tam is a clinical hypnotherapist and received her Doctorate in Education from the University of Southern California.
