Dr. Lois P. Frankel, President of Corporate Coaching International based in Pasadena, California, is a bestselling author, executive coach, and an internationally-recognized expert in the field of leadership development for women. Her book "Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office," about what women can do to achieve their career potential, was not only a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller but also named one of the top ten business books of the year by Business Week. She has written other empowering books including "Nice Girls Don't Get Rich" and "See Jane Lead."

Frankel has appeared on "Larry King Live," "The Tavis Smiley Show," "The Today Show," CNBC, and PBS to discuss her works, which have been translated into over twenty-five languages and featured in major media outlets.
