Dr. Meg Jay

Dr. Meg Jay is a Clinical Psychologist and an Associate Professor of Human Development at the University of Virginia, with a specific focus on developmental clinical psychology and twentysomethings. Jay earned her doctorate in clinical psychology, and in gender studies, from the University of California, Berkeley. She is the author of "The Twentysomething Treatment: A Revolutionary Remedy for an Uncertain Age," "The Defining Decade: Why Your Twenties Matter and How to Make the Most of Them Now," and "Supernormal: The Secret World of the Family Hero."
