Dr. Nekeshia Hammond

Dr. Nekeshia Hammond, a distinguished psychologist and executive coach, is the author of the best-selling book "Mindset Training: Conquer Your Mind and the Rest Will Follow." Additional works include "ADHD Explained: What Every Parent Needs to Know" and "The Practical Guide to Raising Emotionally Healthy Children." An award-winning international mental wellness and keynote speaker, Dr. Hammond is renowned for her expertise in mental health, burnout prevention, and leadership development. She is also the founder of Hammond Psychology & Associates and the creator and host of the well-received show "Mental Health Moment with Dr. Hammond."

Previously serving as the President of the Florida Psychological Association, Dr. Hammond is currently the Immediate Past Chair on the Board of Directors for the Ryan Nece Foundation. Her prolific contributions to mental health and community well-being have earned her accolades.
