Dr. Shanequa Fleming

Dr. Shanequa Fleming is the Founder and CEO of Culture Accelerators, Inc. (Perfect Solutions Consulting Group) and strategic advisor to executives and senior leadership teams. For more than 20 years, Shanequa has helped organizations and leaders that span the landscape of society, reimagine, redesign and optimize how they work. Her ability to forecast trends and move fluently from ideation to execution allows her to help education, healthcare, nonprofits, financial technology and agriculture to make critical culture changes for the digital revolution.

As a strategist, change catalyst, and former Chief Learning Officer, Shanequa has discovered remarkable patterns about how the greatest leaders and organizations create the future. She is passionate about igniting creative genius and inspiring meaningful work that has a ripple effect and lasting impact on the world. Dr. Fleming is the architect of a physician leadership development and coaching program, recognized by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) for its futuristic, innovative, content and structure.

Shanequa holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, Master of Science in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science/Public Administration. She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Organization Development Network and Association for Talent Development (ATD). Dr. Fleming also serves as an adjunct professor and speaker.
