Dr. Stephanie Sarkis is a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience specializing in ADHD, anxiety, and narcissistic abuse. Her best-selling books include "Gaslighting: Recognize Manipulative and Emotionally Abusive People — and Break Free," "Making the Grade with ADD: A Student’s Guide to Succeeding in College with Attention Deficit Disorder," and "ADD and Your Money: A Guide to Personal Finance for Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder." She has a wealth of knowledge in mental health counseling, boasting a PhD, EdS, and MEd from the University of Florida.
