Dwight Nelson

Dwight K. Nelson, a Seventh-day Adventist evangelist and author, has served the faith community in various capacities over the years. Nelson's journey began with his bachelor's degree from Southern Missionary College, later earning a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry from the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary. His tenure as a pastor in Oregon for a decade prepared him for his 40-year-service as the senior pastor of Pioneer Memorial Church on the campus of Andrews University.

Nelson's body of work extends beyond pastoral duties. He has been the preacher for the Adventist satellite evangelistic series "The NeXt Millennium Seminar" in 1998, hosted television programs such as "The Evidence" and "New Perceptions", and presented discussion-style series like "Evidence: Through My Experience" and "Mind The Gap" at Newbold College.
