Dylan Farrow Biography
Dylan Farrow is an author and advocate for survivors of sexual abuse. She was adopted by Mia Farrow in 1985 when she was 2-weeks-old and co-adopted by Woody Allen in 1991. In 1992, when Dylan Farrow was seven, she told her mom that Allen took her into an attic crawl space and molested her.
Farrow was an artistic child who loved to read, write, and play make-believe with her younger brother Ronan. That love of make-believe eventually gave way to a passion for fantasy fiction. When she was a teenager, Farrow even wrote and illustrated a 500-page “Game of Thrones–style novel.” Eventually, she attended Bard and married her college sweetheart. The two moved to south Florida where Farrow worked as a graphic designer in south Florida. In 2014, Farrow and her husband moved back to Connecticut. A few years later, they had a daughter and named her Evangeline.
After graduating from Bard College Farrow found a position at CNN as a production assistant and later moved into graphic design. Soon, however, she felt that neither were her calling. She returned to writing full time, exploring her love of YA fantasy. Her debut novel "HUSH" was released in late 2020 with a sequel, "VEIL," announced for 2022.
