Since 1998, Ed Tate has been the principal of Ed Tate & Associates, LLC, a professional development firm that offers keynote presentations and workshops, as well as in-person and do-it-yourself tools and expertise on High-Stakes Business Presentations: How to Sell Products, Services and Yourself! Tate’s success in business includes over two decades of experience. For 14 years, he was a successful national account executive, selling over $500 million in products and services to corporations and entrepreneurs across the United States. He co-created two business units that generated over $1.25 billion in revenue. In 2008, Tate earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation by the National Speakers Association, recognizing his expertise in professional speaking.

As a globally respected speaker, Tate won the prestigious Toastmasters International 2000 World Championship of Public Speaking. With this achievement, he stood out among 354,000 members from 141 countries. His speaking engagements span all 50 states, 25 countries, and five continents. Tate leads Ed Tate & Associates in partnering with companies to transform managers into leaders, focusing on essential soft skills for sustainable change. Tate’s role in significant organizational transformations includes leading the transition team that merged the 145-year-old “Rocky Mountain News” with its 125-year-old rival, “The Denver Post,” in 2001, involving over 5,000 people.
