Eduardo Braun

As the former director of the HSM Group—the first global multimedia management company—Eduardo Braun has traveled the globe interviewing world-renowned personalities, from political leaders such as Bill Clinton and Mikhail Gorbachev to business gurus such as Disney CEO Michael Eisner and film producer George Lucas. Braun leverages these insights in his presentations, focusing on leadership and management, and has moderated and spoken at numerous global events. He was also the host of two TV shows, "Lideres" and "HSM Specials," broadcasted on ManagemenTV in over 25 countries.

In his multimedia, interactive presentations, Braun shares concepts and ideas he has gathered from great leaders while identifying the qualities that make ideal leadership. He offers actionable advice on various aspects of leadership, including vision establishment, decision-making, and creating high-performance cultures. His specialized advice for family businesses covers crucial topics like succession planning and conflict resolution. Moreover, Braun addresses topics on reinventing companies, focusing on innovation and adapting to technological changes.

Prior to joining HSM, Braun was a founding partner of MIG, a management consulting firm specialized in strategy and business development. His consulting experience started with Booz Allen & Hamilton in its Paris office in 1990, working on projects in Europe, Brazil, and Argentina. Combining this consulting experience with line management, he served as the sales and marketing manager at OMINT, a family-owned HMO, and worked as secretary general of the Groupe Eternit in France before becoming the marketing director of their Sanitary Division.

Braun was a visiting professor at the University of California, Berkeley, and a guest speaker for multiple editions of the High Performance Leadership at IMD, Switzerland. Today, he is a member of the board of directors in several international companies including Cuvelier los Andes and Aislantes Celulósicos, and participates in non-governmental organizations like Libertad y Progreso. His academic credentials include a BA in industrial engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and an MA in business administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Braun resides in Buenos Aires with his family.
