Edward Sullivan is on a mission to make work feel good again, because when we love our work, we are better leaders, employees, parents, and partners. Building upon a 15-year career coaching and advising top CEOs and political figures around the world, he encourages his audiences to let go of the idea that they have to have all the answers and inspires them instead to have real, honest conversations that unlock creativity, purpose, and results.
His recent best-selling book "Leading with Heart" has been called the antidote to the Great Resignation and was hailed as one of the best leadership books of 2022. Sullivan and his coauthor John Baird provide a timely and fresh perspective that helps leaders get more results out of their teams by having more emotionally connected conversations with them, in contrast with antiquated “fear-based” or “executive presence” leadership styles of the past.
