Eli Rallo

ELI RALLO is a social media star with massive followings on TikTok and Instagram. She is the host of the "Miss Congeniality" podcast and a graduate of Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism and the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance. When the pandemic sent her home from college mid-semester in 2020, Rallo realized that she was finally ready to ask for help for an eating disorder.

When it comes to looking after her mental health, Rallo notes the importance of therapy and believes it's something we should all be constantly seeking. "Instead of waiting for me to feel bad enough to call my therapist again, I'm always seeing her because I just know that it's mitigated for me and I'll feel the best I can feel," she said.

"I really do believe that like, we need to make the therapy as accessible as possible because I think everybody should be in it," and stated how pricey this is in the US and so she uses her platform to share mental health resources to help.

Rallo got her start during the pandemic that has led her to writing her first book and hosting a podcast all from TikTok. Her podcast stems from her interest in her audio journalist class at Columbia University. Rallo found it fun to navigate the technical side and had a desire to self-start. She continues to share how she is so grateful to be found in this position today, without imagining this is where life would take her. Author of “I Didn’t Know I Needed This,” release December 2023.
