Elizabeth Rech is a specialist in customer relationship management (CRM) and has coached organizations in customer-focused strategies and enhanced business development. She creates highly customized content and relevant tools to develop the “people side” of CRM for each organization.
Rech was a senior consultant to customer relationship management thought leaders, Don Peppers and Martha Rogers. She helped develop the firm’s methodologies and conducted business development and consulting activities for the firm for nearly ten years. She has written numerous articles on CRM and contributed to a Peppers and Rogers textbook for corporate executives and MBA students.
Rech joined Peppers and Rogers Group after more than 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, communications, product management, and sales support across a multitude of domestic and global industries. She has a proven track record for delivering powerful CRM strategies and one-to-one tactics to an impressive list of Fortune 100 clients.
Her experience includes B2B and B2C marketing, planning, development, implementation and results analysis. While at Peppers and Rogers Group, Rech conducted engagements for Arbortext, Bank Marketing Association, Bass Hotels, Bayer and Wheelhouse.com, Fidelity Investments, Hewlett Packard, Kodak, Meredith Publishing, Pivotal Software, NBC, Sears, USBank, Wolters Kluwer, and Xerox.
Previously, Rech ran her own marketing company, Rech & Associates, with Fidelity Investments, Marketing 1 to1 and National Bank of Greece among her list of clients. She also directed and managed the South African Krugerrand Marketing operation in the U.S. and Germany.
Prior to that, she was the Director of Marketing at the Private Bank, Bank of Boston, Vice President of Corporate Marketing at the Bank of New England and Director of International Advertising at Diners Club International. She also spent six years at the Direct Marketing Group, where her Fortune 500 list of clients including Citibank, Chase, American Express, Carte Blanche, Merrill Lynch and Hoffritz.
