Emily Deschanel's career in the entertainment industry took a significant turn when she landed the lead role of Dr. Temperance Brennan in the Fox series "Bones." She later served as producer for "Bones" as well. Her work has earned her a Satellite Award nomination in 2006 and a Teen Choice Award nomination the following year. She received multiple nominations at the People's Choice Awards, including Favorite TV Crime Fighter in 2011 and Favorite Dramatic TV Actress in 2013.
