Emma Lovewell

Emma Lovewell is a Martha’s Vineyard raised, New York based health & wellness expert and fitness professional with 10+ years of experience.

Lovewell has been a top instructor at Peloton for seven years and is currently a Senior Instructor teaching cycling, tread, dance and strength classes to millions internationally. She is a former multi-sport athlete and an advocate of accessible holistic living. Lovewell is the author of her best-selling book, “Live Learn Love Well: Lessons from a Life of Progress not Perfection.” She is also the founder of Live Learn Lovewell, a site devoted to cultivating an authentic well- balanced life through healthy eating and an active lifestyle and is the Chief Editor of The Love List, a popular weekly newsletter on Substack.

Appearing in top international media including TIME, People, Vanity Fair, Shape, Yahoo! News, and Popsugar, Lovewell is a sought-after speaker and panelist. She has been invited to speak at many organizations highlighting women empowerment including Pepsi, Microsoft, the NHL, and Blogher. As a dancer she has performed with The Rolling Stones, Snoop Dogg, and Bjork, to name a few. Lovewell has been the face of national advertising campaigns for Target, JCPenney, and Athleta, and recently appeared in a Super Bowl commercial for Scotts.
