Eric Prydz

Eric Prydz, a Swedish DJ and music producer, first gained prominence with his hit single "Call on Me" in 2004. His success continued with chart-topping tracks such as "Proper Education" in 2007, "Pjanoo" in 2008, and "Opus" in 2015. In addition to his solo work, Prydz is recognized for his collaborations with other artists, including Axwell and Steve Angello, and his music has been released under several aliases, including Pryda and Cirez D.

Prydz's influence extends beyond the recording studio. He runs several record labels, including Pryda, Pryda Friends, Pryda Presents, and Mouseville, and has performed at major music festivals such as Glastonbury and Tomorrowland. Moreover, his unique live show, EPIC (Eric Prydz In Concert), which features holograms and impressive visuals, has been showcased in renowned venues such as Madison Square Garden, where he brought the world's largest hologram.

His contributions to the music industry have not gone unnoticed. In 2017, Prydz won DJ of the Year at the Electronic Music Awards and was nominated for Live Act of the Year. He has also appeared on DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJs list multiple times, securing his highest position, 20th, in 2018. Additionally, in 2013, Prydz received the BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix of the Year award. Despite his fear of flying and relocation from London to Los Angeles in 2012 and then back to Sweden in 2021, Prydz continues to influence the music scene as a performer and a record label owner.
